                In 1996, we developed in-house manufacturing capability. Beginning with a factory in Guangzhou, China, Chun Wah Machinery & Engineering Ltd began constructing various machining parts and drilling tools for foundation work, such as the RCD drilling rod and the DTH drilling rod. We entered into a joint venture with Chengdu Mechanical in 1998, the second largest Tricone bits manufacturer in China, to produce Engineering bits, Mining bits, and drilling accessories, forming BOMCO Chun Wah Engineering Bits Ltd.

                We marked the millennium by acquiring the company shares of Baker Hughes Christensen, which is in JV with CNPC Chengdu Administrate. This was then renamed to Chuanshi Chrida, producing oilfield Diamond Bits and accessories. In 2010, we joint ventured out 4th factory Rock Bit Innovation Ltd. To manufacture Trenchless drilling tools such as the TBM and HDD cutters.

                This conglomeration of manufacturing capability has enabled us to accommodate the drilling needs of all sectors, namely foundation bore piling, machinery parts, and mining, oilfield and trenchless drilling. Today, we work with our customers to provide solutions across a wide range of projects.

                Chun Wah holds export rights for these products as well as for local consumption within China. Our client base ranges from large public companies and multinationals to independent local agents and owner operators that extends to South East Asia, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the Pacific Region.
